THE TECHNICAL ISSUES WE HAD WITH OUR PHONE LINES HAVE NOW BEEN RECTIFIED.

WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSED, UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE TOTALLY RELIANT ON THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

CAN WE PLEASE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT CALL THE SURGERY BETWEEN 08:00 - 10:30 FOR NON-URGENT ISSUES AS THIS IS THE BUSIEST TIME IN THE DAY FOR APPOINTMENTS.

Greasby Group Practice rated GOOD by Care Quality Commission

We have received our final report from the CQC and have been rated as GOOD in all areas.

Four inspectors spent a day with us examining our processes, premises and equipment in detail. They also spoke to staff and patients, and gathered data from our systems. We are delighted that the hard work of all our team members including our Patient Participation Group have been recognised in this way.
