THE TECHNICAL ISSUES WE HAD WITH OUR PHONE LINES HAVE NOW BEEN RECTIFIED.

WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSED, UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE TOTALLY RELIANT ON THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

CAN WE PLEASE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT CALL THE SURGERY BETWEEN 08:00 - 10:30 FOR NON-URGENT ISSUES AS THIS IS THE BUSIEST TIME IN THE DAY FOR APPOINTMENTS.

Patients will be treated as individuals and partners in their health care, irrespective of their ethnic origin or religious and cultural beliefs.

Information

You will be given full information about the services offered. Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive that information which directly affects your health and the care being offered.

Health Promotion

The practice will offer patients advice and information on steps to take to promote good health and avoid illness and  self-help which can be undertaken without reference to a doctor in the case of minor ailments.

Health Records

You have the right to see your health records, subject to limitations in the law. Your records will be kept confidential at all times.

Responsibilities of Patients

To keep appointments as arranged. If unable to, please telephone the surgery to cancel. 
To respect race, gender and disability of staff and patients. 
Not to carry out any fraudulent practices. 
To be polite and courteous at all times. 

Rights of Patients

To be treated with dignity and respect. 
To have a chaperone present for intimate examinations (policy available on request). 
To be protected under the Data Protection Act.
