CAN WE PLEASE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT CALL THE SURGERY BETWEEN 08:00 - 10:30 FOR NON-URGENT ISSUES AS THIS IS THE BUSIEST TIME IN THE DAY FOR APPOINTMENTS.

Letter for employers requesting sick notes for patients self-isolating

 

E-consult is an online consultation tool that allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker. You may receive a response from the GP electronically or by phone. In many cases issues can be dealt with without the need to come to the surgery. This service is for over 18's only.

On-line Services

Your online account allows you to do many things without the need to phone or visit the surgery:

  •     send and receive secure messages to & from your GP (you can also send photos and documents - maximum file size of 5mb)
  •     request medications
  •     view test results and your clinical record
  •     update your contact details and communication preferences
  •     book appointments - please note, during the Coronavirus Outbreak, in line with NHS England advice, we are only offering online booking of telephone appointments to reduce the risk of patients attending the surgery when infected
